Every piece is printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag (308 gsm) museum grade paper known for it's exceptional detail, color depth, and it's longevity.

Framing

All collector's edition work will be displayed in our exhibition shadow box frames creating depth between the artwork and the acrylic glass.
Certificate of Authenticity

All one of one artworks are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and issued by the artist. The certificate verifies the work’s origin, edition, and place within the collection.
Shipping

Please allow 2–5 business days for production, with an additional 2 weeks for delivery.
Returns

Each piece is custom printed and framed based on the selected size, which means we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or make changes to your order after 24 hours. All sales are final.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If your artwork arrives damaged or with any defects, please notify us immediately. You must submit photographic evidence of the damage or defect to contact@engstudios.co within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. The photographs should clearly show the issue with the artwork, including any damage to the packaging.

Please note we are not responsible for any artwork that has been unboxed and hung on your wall prior to consulting us with a defective issue.

What paper are the prints made from?

All prints are made on Hahnemühle Photo Rag museum grade paper for it's exceptional detail, color depth, and it's longevity. Hahnemühle papers are acid free and lignin free, ensuring that prints made on these surfaces are resistant to yellowing and deterioration over time.
How wide are the borders?

We include in a 2" border on all of our images giving room for the photo to breathe creating a timeless aesthetic.
What if my order is missing or lost.

In the rare case your order is missing or lost, please email contact@engstudios.co and we will do everything we can to help.
How long is the processing time?

A fine art print is typically delivered within 7-14 days. Each fine art print is individually produced for you and requires a certain drying time. For a perfect surface, we allow the fine art print to dry for 2 days.
What are your frames made of?

All of our frames are made from wood and custom made to selected print sizes.
How do I cancel or change my order?

All cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. Since every print and frame is custom made, we are unable to make any adjustments once it reaches the framing process.
What is your return policy?

All prints and frames are custom made to order. Therefore, we can not accept any returns.
Do you use glass or acrylic for your frames?

We use premium museum UV acrylic for our frames, protecting the artwork from discoloration, withstand reflections
