Refund policy

Every artwork is custom, which means it’s made to order, just for you or your collector. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. In the event an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email within 24 hours with documented visible images of the artwork and the box it arrived in. We will assess the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement. Once an artwork is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen artworks or packages from front doors. If you prefer "signature required" to ensure the artwork isn't left at your front door please specify the request for direct signature in check out notes and special instructions.

Damages and issues

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Every piece is made to order with meticulous attention to detail. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or with any defects, please notify us immediately. You must submit photographic evidence of the damage or defect to contact@engstudios.co within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. The photographs should clearly show the issue with the artwork, including any damage to the packaging.

Please note we are not responsible for any artwork that has been unboxed and hung on your wall prior to consulting us with a defective issue.

Cancellations/Disputing Charges

As each work is produced to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact contact@engstudios.co as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but orders that have already entered production or have been fulfilled cannot be canceled.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms.

We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and encourage customers to reach out before disputing a charge. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide all relevant order, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider to contest the claim.

Unauthorized reproduction of any artwork—including scanning, photographing, copying, or digitally reproducing the image for personal or commercial use—is strictly prohibited.

Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing any Eng Studios work, whether in its original or altered form, is not permitted without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of these works may constitute copyright infringement and may be subject to legal action.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Artworks

Eng Studios is not liable for artworks that are lost, stolen, or missing once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Customers must report any missing or undelivered packages within 24 hours of the marked delivery time. After this 24 hour window, Eng Studios assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided upon dispatch. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and that the delivery location is secure.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located within the 48-hour window, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We are available to assist by providing any necessary shipping details.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit prior to delivery, please contact contact@engstudios.co so the situation can be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
